Notice to Vacate

10 Days Notice

I, ________________________, hereby give notice that I will VACATE my Storage
Space: ___________ at PLEASANT GROVE SELF STORAGE, 7101 Galilee Road,
Roseville, CA 95678 on ________________,20___. PLEASANT GROVE SELF STORAGE
may assume anything in my Storage Space after said date is abandoned by me and
may dispose of any items left at their sole discretion and in any manner they choose.
There will be a minimum $50.00 disposal fee assessed for items left in the space.
It is understood there are NO REFUNDS OF THE CURRENT MONTH’S RENT.
However, as a courtesy we will prorate your rent only if the request is made prior to
payment of the final month’s rent. One prorate request will be granted. Should the prorate
date be exceeded, another full month’s rent will be due and payable.
I understand I must do ALL of the following by the above vacate date:
(a) Remove all items from my Storage Space and leave it “broom clean” and damage free.
(b) Remove my lock from my Storage Space.
(c) Pay all amounts owing, if any.
